After returning to the office, JLL wanted to launch a recognition program internally for employees to share their thanks to partners sitting next to them in the office, or across the globe. An internal toolkit was created along with the re-design of the platform’s UI. We also created a video that accompanied a message from the head of Human Resources to introduce the program.
