Horizon Realty Group is a residential real estate company in Chicago. It is familiy-owned and passed from father to son. The history is important, but I wanted to help make their brand as modern as their remodels. They also have great amenities that they were not highlighting. I did a complete brand refresh including logo identity, website and property staging and photos. HRG was using an outside vendor for their old website with significant cost and timing to make small edits. I worked with a web developer and brought their refresh to life in a wordpress site that allowed edits to be made in-house with the dashboard. As their Marketing Director at the time, I also created a social media strategy and a local public transportation campaign.
